After school vlog 🎧🫧📖
Hi!!💕After school sometimes I’m just so empty I have to flop on my bed and recharge before I can function again. How about you guys?💭✨🎧
We all know that feeling, right? Stepping through the door after a long day at school, brain absolutely fried, and all you want to do is flop onto your bed and disappear. But what if I told you there’s a way to hit 'reset mode' and actually look forward to your after-school hours? For me, the moment I’m finally home from school around 4PM, it’s all about switching gears. My first step is always to officially turn on 'reset mode.' This isn't just about physical rest, but mentally shifting out of 'school brain.' I might put on a comforting playlist, change into comfier clothes, or just take a deep breath. It’s a crucial transition that helps me unwind and reclaim my personal space after a busy day. Around 4:15 PM, I dedicate a short window to 'skin love.' This doesn't have to be a full spa treatment! For me, it's a quick cleanse and moisturizer, maybe a hydrating mist. It's a small act of self-care that tells my body and mind, 'Okay, school is done, now it's my time.' It’s amazing how a few minutes of pampering can boost your mood and help you feel refreshed before diving into homework or other tasks. Think of it as a mini mental vacation! Then, around 5:00 PM, it’s 'matcha time'! I love the calming ritual of making a warm cup of matcha. It gives me a gentle energy boost without the jitters of coffee, and it’s a moment to just sit, sip, and let my thoughts unwind. If matcha isn't your thing, maybe it's a cup of herbal tea, a smoothie, or a healthy snack. The key is to create a small, enjoyable ritual that signals a transition from downtime to productive time, setting a positive tone for your after-school study session. Once I've had my reset and my little treat, it's time to ease into the 'let's study' phase. This doesn't mean jumping straight into the hardest subject. I like to make my study space inviting. A clean desk, good lighting, and maybe a scented candle can make a huge difference in creating an aesthetic study vlog-worthy environment. I also find that switching up my study methods keeps things fresh. Sometimes it's flashcards, sometimes it's reviewing notes, and sometimes it's diving into a textbook, finding that 'tiny book joy' in learning something new. This approach really helps with student studying desk motivation. To truly create an appealing after school vlog aesthetic (even if you're not filming!), focus on the sensory details. What music makes you focus? What colors inspire you? How can you arrange your study vlog desk to be both functional and beautiful? Incorporating elements like plants, nice stationery, or a cozy blanket can make your study sessions feel less like a chore and more like a chosen activity. This is part of how I try to romanticize school life – by finding beauty and purpose in the everyday tasks and making my school life vlog moments feel special. While studying is a big part of my after-school routine, it's also important to pepper in moments for things that truly make you happy. This could be reading a chapter of a non-academic book, doing a quick sketch, or listening to a podcast. These small 'hobby' moments ensure that my after-school hours aren't just about academics, but about nurturing my whole self. This balanced approach helps maintain motivation and keeps burnout at bay. So, next time you're dragging yourself home, remember you have the power to create an after school routine vlog that's both productive and peaceful. Try incorporating your own 'reset mode,' a little self-care, and a touch of aesthetic to your study time. What's your favorite way to unwind and get ready to study after school?
