A very, very late Junk Journal post. It took me awhile to finish editing and when I finally decided to really focus on it I had kind of a bad week. I did something to my wrist which lasted about 2 days, I was going through stuff mentally and physically and just wasn’t in a good place to actually work on my videos and post like I normally do, and this was a longer video to edit compared to my other videos I had posted recently. I’m hoping to get back into my filming and journaling this weekend 🤞🏻♥️ Thank you to everyone that stuck around! It means a lot!! ♥️♥️♥️ #CapCut #fyp #asmr #junkjournal #papercrafts
As someone who regularly creates videos and shares personal projects like junk journaling, I completely relate to the struggle of balancing creativity with life’s unexpected challenges. Taking a break or slowing down can feel frustrating, especially when you have an active posting schedule and a dedicated audience. For me, wrist injuries or physical discomfort, even if temporary, can be a major obstacle since much of my work involves hands-on crafting or filming. During these times, I’ve found that focusing on smaller, less demanding tasks helps keep the creative momentum going without causing further strain. For example, organizing supplies, planning future journal spreads, or experimenting with new digital edits in apps like CapCut can be very fulfilling and keep the creative juices flowing. Mindful techniques such as ASMR-inspired journaling or quiet reflection help alleviate mental stress and bring a calming balance to the process. It’s important to listen to your body and mind, and allow yourself grace when things don’t go as planned. Sharing these experiences with your community can foster deeper connections and support; many followers appreciate honesty and vulnerability as much as the creative content itself. Junk journaling and papercrafts are wonderful ways to channel emotions and document personal growth through tangible art. Even when time or health limit your ability to engage fully, every small step forward counts. For those navigating similar creative challenges, remember you’re not alone. Taking time to rest and recharge ultimately enhances your passion and productivity in the long run. I’m rooting for anyone pushing through difficult moments—you will come back stronger and more inspired. Keep creating at your own pace and stay connected with those who encourage you.
