i absolutely love this app. here’s why..
i have tried to journal and it never really worked bc i didn’t carry around a notebook.
so i tried using my notes app. but my biggest pet peeve with that was i couldn’t tell the time in which i was feeling that way. because my emotions are never the same for the whole day.
so i went on a search for journal apps. but you have to pay. and i couldn’t bring my self to do that over my notes app. but then i saw this. and u actually loved the way it worked.
you have the ability to get a notification randomly or set times that can remind u too fill it out. or just whenever u feel like it. i also love that you can add photos and notes to the specific feeling associated with it.
there is also an option to tag things.. like who u were with in the moment, where were you, how was the weather, etc.. i love this because it helps me to figure out WHY i could be feeling the way i was.
if i could recommend anything ever: it’s this app.
i currently have a 74 day streak.. which is crazy to me. even if it’s just a one check in i love doing it.
