Not sure how to make the most out of your beach trip? Here’s some of my suggestions of what I do to enjoy a day out on the beach.
🏄🏼♀️ Surfing - not everyone owns a surfboard but there are rentals or you could take surf lessons! I know it sounds scary if you have never learned but it is actually alot of fun, even if your not any good at it like me lol
🧘🏼♀️Yoga - Theres nothing more peaceful then sitting out on the beach and just breathing in the fresh air. Meditation is great if you dont want to do yoga infront of anyone. Go ahead and start watching some easy youtube videos of yoga poses! You’ll feel amazing doing it
🎨 Crafts - aka my favorite!! paint seashells, collect shells and stick them to a canvas, paint or draw the view, practice your doodling with ocean animals or waves! The possibilities are endless!! Time will fly by and you’ll be catching a tan while enjoying crafts!
