Hi! I’m the therapist behind the posts!
Hi, I’m Elizabeth 🤎
If you’re new here, I thought I’d put a face to the therapy posts that keep showing up on your feed.
I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person (hence my sons basketball pillow behind me that I still need to sew back together 😂) who genuinely understands that starting therapy can feel really intimidating—especially if you’ve never done it before.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me cooking something from scratch, working on a house project, watching sports, listening to rock music, or spending time with my family and dogs.
A lot of the women I work with are the ones who look like they have everything together on the outside, but internally they’re overthinking everything, questioning themselves, struggling in relationships, or feeling completely exhausted from taking care of everyone else.
My style of therapy is warm, conversational, and honest. We’ll absolutely talk about the hard stuff—but therapy with me isn’t meant to feel like you’re being analyzed from across the room. You can laugh, cry, swear, show up messy, and say, “I don’t even know where to start.”
We’ll figure out where to start together.
So, hi. 👋🏼 I’m glad you’re here.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if it's your first time, but having a therapist who feels like a real person makes all the difference. Elizabeth’s approach is refreshingly genuine—she allows space for clients to be vulnerable, messy, and imperfect without fear of judgment. From my experience, working with a therapist who understands life’s everyday challenges, like balancing self-care with caring for others, helps build trust quickly and fosters real progress. Many women put on a brave face outwardly while privately battling overthinking and self-doubt. This therapist recognizes those hidden struggles and creates a safe, non-clinical atmosphere that invites authenticity. Whether you're wrestling with anxiety, past trauma, or feeling emotionally drained, a conversational and empathetic therapy style can empower you to navigate these feelings. In addition to her therapeutic skills, Elizabeth's personal touches—like sharing about her family life and hobbies—make her approachable, helping clients feel they’re connecting with someone who truly gets it. Virtual therapy options also provide much-needed accessibility and comfort, especially for those balancing busy schedules or preferring to stay home. For women in Tennessee looking for a therapist who champions honesty, warmth, and real-talk, connecting with Elizabeth could be the supportive step you’ve been searching for. Scheduling a consultation is an easy way to start, and the empathetic journey ahead promises a partnership where you’ll figure out your path forward together.
