Anxious Attachment? I Made Something for You 🤍

A little look inside something I’ve been working on. 🤎

One thing I really wanted to accomplish with The Anxious Attachment Reset was creating something that goes beyond explaining anxious attachment.

Because you can understand why you overthink, seek reassurance, or fear abandonment and still struggle to respond differently when those feelings show up.

That’s why I’m including guided reflections, practical exercises, and opportunities to explore what’s happening underneath those anxious responses.

We’re talking about everything from identifying triggers and understanding your nervous system to communicating your needs, rebuilding self-trust, and practicing more secure relationship patterns.

My hope is that this becomes something you can actually sit down with, write in, reflect on, and return to when old patterns resurface.

It’s still coming together, but I wanted to share a little peek at what’s inside.

Which section would you be most excited to work through?

More sneak peeks coming soon. 🤎

... Read moreLiving with anxious attachment can often feel like being caught in a constant cycle of overthinking, seeking reassurance, and fearing abandonment. I've personally experienced these struggles, and what helped me most was a structured approach that went beyond just understanding the attachment style. The workbook concept shared here truly resonates with my journey because it offers guided reflections that encourage you to look inward and recognize your unique triggers. One of the most transformative aspects is learning to identify what’s happening beneath those anxious responses—something I found crucial in changing my reactions. For me, understanding the nervous system's role in triggering anxiety was eye-opening; it revealed why my body and mind reacted intensely to certain relationship dynamics. This workbook’s focus on nervous system awareness and practical exercises to practice communicating needs has been vital. Rebuilding self-trust doesn’t happen overnight, but having a dedicated space to write in, reflect, and revisit my progress helped me interrupt the spiral of anxious thoughts. The idea that healing means 'abandoning yourself less' rather than needing less from others resonated deeply. By working through each section, I learned to prioritize my emotional needs while fostering healthier connections. If you’re excited about healing anxious attachment, this upcoming workbook could be an empowering tool. It creates a safe, hands-on experience to explore your fears, practice more secure relationship patterns, and ultimately, nurture self-trust. From my experience, having such focused guidance can make the path to emotional healing feel less overwhelming and more manageable.
