2023 REFLECTION 💬

2024/1/1 Edited to

... Read moreThe year 2023 was undoubtedly a challenge for many, filled with personal trials and collective hardships. Numerous individuals faced significant life events, such as relationship troubles, loss of loved ones and pets, and health issues, leading to an overwhelming sense of struggle. As we bid farewell to this tough year, it's essential to focus on the brighter aspects that emerged from these challenges. Despite the difficulties, 2023 also presented opportunities for growth and connection. Many people, including myself, found solace in new friendships and collaborations, working with various brands in user-generated content (UGC) projects. The creation of meaningful connections became a source of strength, offering support during times of adversity. One can also find joy in personal milestones, such as welcoming a new family member or rescuing a pet, which helped to bring light into darker times. The balance of negatives and positives is a reflection of our resilience; without experiencing hardships, we might not fully appreciate our achievements. For those entering 2024, it’s important to carry these lessons forward, embracing vulnerability and celebrating personal victories. After all, every challenge offers a lesson and an opportunity for growth.

2023 Reflection | Overcoming On-Camera Fears 📸
What I achieved last year was overcoming the fear of speaking on camera for social media. One of the biggest reasons why I was nervous speaking on camera was because of the fear of being so vulnerable to people online but there's a silver lining to that and that is creating strong connectio

2023 Reflection
I don’t know if I did anything to write home about in 2023. I’m glad that I’ve stuck to my wavy hair journey and figured out a routine that I’m happy to stick with for now. We made progress on our property by clearing some land. I’ve started to dabble in the world of UGC and it’ll hopefully

#lemon8challenge #l8r2023 #2023selfreflection This year I learned how important it is to move on from bad moments and grow as a person. Several things I struggled with this year was a result of my own lack of integrity and empathy for others. I wasn’t the best role model in 2023, but

Self Reflection 2023
Here’s a little self reflection from this year. I have taken the time to truly hold myself to higher standards. Such as, letting people go who aren’t meant to be in my life, prioritizing my mental health, and learning to be grateful for the little things in life :) #lemon8challenge #l8r2023

Lessons Learned In 2023 :)
1.) Stop Waiting For The Right Time, and Just Start! I love to plan! But, I find myself spending too much time planning and never doing what I actually want to do. All year I have been saying I want to travel and made itneraries, but never went to those places lol. Any traveling I did this year

Things I DID IN 2023‼️
I’ll start by saying did learn some things about myself in 2023 as I do every year. I learned how strong I can be mentally and physically in the face of struggles with my mental/ physical health. The past few years have not been the nicest to me which I’ll get into later but this years was not as b

Self-Reflection: Adulting in 2023
