Story time: my mother told me to watch the dogs

#storytime #lemon8contest

told to watch her dogs, got a phone call at 11pm. i’m crossed as he”” and answered half asleep. my mother tells me my brother DISLOCATED his whole knee getting into a golf cart. ON. TO. A. GOLFCART. not in a crash. just getting on. gotta love him though

now at two am i get another call after giving him 50$ for an uber. “can you help me inside from the uber” i get out there and he’s hobbling all over the place. this poor Uber driver just drove an hour to get here and is helping my poor 22 year-old brother out of the car and he’s hobbling all over the place. I get him settled downstairs and I start feeling nauseous as he’s telling me the story about how he dislocated his knee. I go upstairs about to get sick and then I hear him ask me to turn the light off downstairs so I ran downstairs. Turn the light off and ran back upstairs then I’m sitting there puking.

guess what my mother calls me next “ why are you throwing up? “ girl i’m still gaining my guts back give me a minute.
