How I became a MORNING PERSON

I used to have the HARDEST time getting up in the morning. I would sleep in constantly and it really affected my energy, mental health and productivity.

I would sleep til the very last minute then rush to get ready and get out the door. Which made me stressed, tired all morning, and just made me wish I could go back to bed. It made me have a harder time going to sleep at night which just made me sleep in later. It was a vicious cycle that I had to break.

These super simple steps make waking up literally so much easier and made the mornings enjoyable!

The hardest part about getting up early is simply getting out of bed. That’s why I found soft ways to wake myself up. They made my mornings so much more enjoyable and now I love being up in the mornings! It’s so nice to have time to get ready and have time for myself before heading off to work. Waking up early naturally helped me go to bed earlier and get more sleep each night.
