Today I would like to introduce a restaurant in Vietnam.
It's a very fresh Seafood restaurant. It's delicious.
Each dish is no fishiness. It will be served as a small dish.
🦐 Skewered grilled shrimp is a very sweet frame 🌟 10 / 10
🐚 sweet clam is sweet and delicious. 🌟 10 / 10
We and our friends ordered several more dishes of shrimp and shellfish (eat each other very quickly)
🌱 Stir the Morning Glory 🌟 10 / 10 Seen a fresh face, but delicious. Very crispy.
🍲 7 / 10 Cartridge Clam Soup The clam is fresh, sweet, but the broth is a little sweet.
🐚 6 / 10 scallops, I ordered it wrong, but it doesn't taste bad. The white sauce is not sure what it is. It tastes creamy, but it's not cheese.
🍝 stir fried 8 / 10 Mama. This one was ordered because I saw many tables to order, so I ordered it. 😂 It turned out that it was delicious, bland, but tasty. Eat the first word, just eat it all over.

เผื่อใครกำลังเสิร์ช “Oc Dao ho chi minh” แล้วลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม ขอแชร์ทริกแบบคนไปมาจริงให้ครบๆค่ะ (จะได้ไปถึงแล้วสั่งง่ายขึ้น) 1) Oc Dao คือร้านแนวไหน? เหมาะกับใคร Oc Dao เป็นร้านซีฟู้ดสไตล์เวียดนามที่เด่นเรื่อง “หอย” (หลายชนิดมาก) และของย่างอย่างกุ้งย่างเสียบไม้ บรรยากาศจะเป็น open air โต๊ะเก้าอี้เตี้ยๆ เหมาะกับสายกินจริงจังที่ไม่ซีเรียสเรื่องนั่งสบาย/แอร์เย็น และเหมาะมากถ้าไปกับเพื่อน 2–4 คน เพราะสั่งหลายอย่างมาแชร์จะสนุกกว่า 2) แนะนำเมนูที่ควรเริ่มสั่ง (อิงจากเมนูยอดฮิตของร้าน) ถ้าเปิด Oc Dao menu แล้วงงๆ แนะนำให้เริ่มจาก “กุ้งย่างเสียบไม้” ก่อนเลย ออกแนวย่างหอมๆ เนื้อหวาน กินง่าย แล้วตามด้วย “หอยหวาน” ที่ร้านทำรสจัดแบบเวียดนาม หอมเครื่องเทศ กินกับน้ำจิ้มคือเข้ากัน อีกจานที่อยากให้สั่งคู่กันคือ “ผัดผักบุ้ง” อย่าดูถูกหน้าตาเลยค่ะ กรอบมาก แล้วช่วยตัดเลี่ยนจากซีฟู้ดได้ดี ส่วน “ซุปหอยตลับ” จะออกหวานนิดๆ ซดร้อนๆ โอเค เหมาะสั่งมาแชร์ 1 ชาม 3) วิธีอ่าน/สั่งจาก Oc Dao menu ให้รอด (แม้ภาษาอังกฤษจะงง) - ดูจากรูปเป็นหลักแล้วชี้ได้เลย วิธีนี้เวิร์กสุด - ถ้าอยากได้เมนูหอย ให้มองคำว่า “clam / scallop / snail” หรือถ้าเจอคำว่า “oc” ในเมนู ส่วนใหญ่เกี่ยวกับหอย - อยากได้แบบย่าง ให้มองคำว่า “grilled” หรือชี้จากรูปที่มีรอยย่าง - ถ้าสั่งผิดไม่ต้องกังวลมาก บางเมนูอย่าง “หอยเชลล์ซอสขาว/ซอสครีม” ถึงไม่ใช่ที่ตั้งใจ แต่รสชาติจะนัวๆ กินเพลินค่ะ 4) น้ำจิ้มสไตล์ Oc Dao (ผสมเองบนโต๊ะ) ที่โต๊ะจะมีถ้วยกับเครื่องปรุงหลายอย่าง เช่น พริกตำ มะนาว/ส้มจี๊ด น้ำเชื่อม และผงปรุงรส (คล้ายผงนัว) วิธีที่เราชอบคือบีบมะนาวก่อน ใส่พริกตามระดับเผ็ด เติมหวานนิดเดียว แล้วค่อยๆ ใส่ผงนัว ชิมแล้วปรับเอา จะได้รสเปรี้ยว-หวาน-เผ็ดแบบเวียดนาม กินกับกุ้งย่างและหอยคือดีมาก 5) ไป Oc Dao ho chi minh ยังไง + ช่วงเวลาที่แนะนำ เรียก Grab สะดวกสุดค่ะ แค่ปักหมุด “Oc Dao” แล้วไปลงหน้าร้านได้เลย ถ้าไปช่วงอากาศร้อนมาก (เช่น มีนาคม) แนะนำไปตอนเย็นถึงค่ำจะสบายกว่า เพราะเป็นร้านเปิดโล่ง นั่งตอนกลางวันอาจร้อนและเหงื่อออกง่าย 6) ทริกเล็กๆ เรื่องการสั่งและงบ ถ้าไปหลายคน ลองสั่งอย่างละ 1 ก่อน เช่น กุ้งย่าง 1 หอยหวาน 1 ผัดผักบุ้ง 1 แล้วค่อยเติม เพราะของที่นี่กินเพลินมาก เผลอแป๊บเดียวสั่งเพิ่มได้เรื่อยๆค่ะ แล้วอย่าลืมเผื่องบเครื่องดื่มด้วย จะได้คุมราคาได้ง่ายขึ้น หวังว่าทริกพวกนี้จะช่วยให้การดู Oc Dao menu และการไปกินที่ Oc Dao โฮจิมินห์ “สั่งเป็น-กินสนุก” มากขึ้นนะคะ ถ้าใครชอบซีฟู้ดสดๆ บอกเลยว่าควรลองค่ะ
