- got a welcome drink when i arrived and the whole place was super cozy, calming with soft music and a clean aesthetic 🧘🏻‍♀️🫧

- they gave a fresh robe + hanger for every customer

- 90 mins session and the staff explained every step in detail — from eyebrow trimming, deep pore cleaning, antibacterial/anti-inflammatory treatment to a cooling gel

(even got a shoulder massage ??!😭💆🏻‍♀️)

- the matcha mask felt super cooling and worked well for my dry, sensitive skin
