After body harm, your my record and rescind, they may delete and erase but the harm is still done

1/12 Edited to

... Read moreIn my experience, dealing with situations involving bodily harm requires a clear understanding of how legal protections work, especially regarding patient rights and consent. When harm occurs, any previously given consent or authorization can be revoked immediately. This is crucial because it prevents further misuse or alteration of sensitive health records. From what I’ve learned, under UCC sections S1-103 and S1-304, once harm is done, records related to the incident gain protected status. This means they must be preserved intact and cannot be deleted or erased, even if there is an attempt to rescind consent. Such preservation of records serves as vital evidence in any investigation or legal proceeding. It’s important to remember that withholding the truth or altering records can invalidate authority, emphasizing the need for transparency and integrity in healthcare documentation. For anyone facing a similar situation, ensuring that your records are protected can be an essential step in seeking justice and safeguarding your rights. Ultimately, protecting these records supports accountability and helps prevent further harm.
