Thanks for the reminder. I forget to eat when I get busy or just not feeling hungry which leads me to not eat the whole day. Today I had lunch which was a torta!

I always forget to eat breakfast and sometimes lunch! Some days I just have one full meal. It’s bad. I simply just forget to eat and I just try to power through what I’m doing so I don’t think oh I’m hungry. Working on it though!
