Today, I’m not trying to do everything. I’m only asking for just enough to get through this moment. Just enough calm to steady my breathing, just enough strength to take one small step, and just enough kindness to meet myself where I am. I don’t need all the answers — only the courage to keep going, gently, one breath and one choice at a time. Let this be enough for today.
