If you’re new here, hi! I am Erica and I share content about weight loss and chronic illness through the lens of trauma informed education and care, as well as posts about makeup, fashion, and self portrait art I create.

Since October of 2023 I have been on a weight loss journey and have lost around 175lbs. It’s been quite the journey and I love sharing about it.
