You better than before means that is your FORTUNE
Reflecting on my journey before moving to Singapore in 2014, I realized that true fortune doesn’t come from material wealth, but from personal growth and becoming better than who I was yesterday. This idea hit me deeply as I navigated challenges and changes that tested my resilience and mindset. Often, we focus too much on external success, but the real treasure lies in improving ourselves — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Every effort to overcome a difficulty, learn a new skill, or embrace positive habits adds layers to our fortune. For example, when I moved to a new country, the discomfort and uncertainty taught me adaptability and courage, shaping me into a stronger person. In my experience, embracing the idea that "you better than before" is your fortune invites a mindset shift: instead of chasing external validation, celebrate your growth milestones. Recognize how far you’ve come and use that as fuel to keep evolving. This approach not only builds inner confidence but attracts more opportunities naturally, as people are drawn to positive and progressive energy. Finally, adopting this perspective encourages patience and kindness toward ourselves. Growth is not always linear. Sometimes setbacks occur, but they are part of the journey to becoming better. So, treasure your progress, however small, and remember your fortune lies in your commitment to personal improvement.
