Life is full of struggle, don't give up if you want to live🫰🫰🫰

7/1 Edited to

... Read moreLife is full of ups and downs, and embracing this reality helps us become more resilient individuals. From personal experience, I've found that accepting struggles as part of the journey enables me to face challenges without losing hope. The phrases captured in the OCR like "Susah dadi dalan" (struggle becomes a path) and "Naliko susah, otonganti" (during hard times, be patient) really resonate with this mindset. When life feels overwhelming, it’s important to remind ourselves that tough times don’t last forever, but the lessons we learn from them do. For example, during moments of hardship, practicing patience and acceptance—"nrimo lan lancarake" (accept and smoothen)—can lighten the emotional burden and open new pathways. This perspective teaches us that struggle can serve as a guidance toward personal growth and a more peaceful life. In addition, focusing on the positive moments, or "naliko seneng" (when happy), supports mental balance. Reflecting on joyful experiences helps replenish our energy for the next phase of struggle. Combining patience, resilience, and hope creates a powerful approach to living fully despite obstacles. In my own journey, I’ve noticed that sharing stories and embracing supportive communities provides encouragement and strength. Life’s challenges become more manageable when you know you’re not facing them alone. So if you ever feel weighed down by difficulties, remember these phrases and mental strategies—hold onto hope, accept what you cannot control, and keep pushing forward. It's this mindset that truly helps us live well and find peace amid the struggles.
