Celebrating small victories rather than waiting for big successes improved my resilience. When I started acknowledging my efforts, it reduced the pressure of always having to be ‘on alert’ or productive. I also worked on reaching out for support instead of hyper-independently handling everything alone. This shift was difficult but invaluable, reinforcing that asking for help is a strength. Finally, balancing activity with genuine relaxation—without guilt—helped ease the wired-and-tired feeling. Prioritizing quality sleep, reducing screen time before bed, and engaging in enjoyable hobbies replenished my energy.
