Five Ways to Improve Concentration

If you are looking to work on your concentration, here are five ways that have helped me on my focusing journey:

- plan your study sessions well

- use engaging study methods

- take plenty of breaks and exercise

- deal with physical comfort

- listen to music

Each slide goes into detail of each topic and why theses tips are important/great to use!

Focusing doesn’t need to last hours, just enough time for your certain study sessions. Do not burn yourself out, there’s plenty of time.
