What I Do Before Ever Exam to Ace It!

Here’s my honest pre-exam routine that helps me feel confident and prepared - without cramming or all-nighters! I plan ahead with my golden coil notebook.

This is personalized to my life. I add pages that are designed just for me. I use my note-taking and handwriting to remember better than just reading.

I also quiz myself or explain topics out loud (even if it feels silly). This builds real confidence! I make sure my night before and morning of are calm and healthy living.

Getting a good nights sleep and a great breakfast really does the trick for me! What do you do prior to an exam?

... Read morePreparing for exams can be a daunting task, but establishing a solid routine can make all the difference. A vital first step is organizing your study materials and planning ahead. Use a planner or a golden coil notebook to jot down the exam dates and create a flexible study plan. Having a clear overview helps reduce anxiety and keeps you focused on what needs to be accomplished. Handwriting notes is proven to enhance memory retention, so utilize gel pens, highlighters, and sticky notes to engage in the learning process actively. Cramming can often lead to stress and inadequate understanding, so instead, focus on light reviews several nights before the exam. Prepare your study space, pack your bags early, and prioritize a good night's sleep to ensure your mind is sharp. Nutrition also plays a critical role in cognitive performance. Opt for a quick yet healthy breakfast on exam day to fuel your brain and keep your energy levels stable. Finally, take a moment to breathe deeply and mentally prepare yourself for the test ahead. With these strategies, you can walk into your exams feeling ready and confident.
