For instance, I might have a 'Future Log' for big dreams, and monthly or weekly spreads where I break down actions needed to achieve them. It's like a planner, diary, and goal tracker all rolled into one, making my aspirations feel tangible. Another technique I sometimes lean into is a simplified Cornell Note-Taking approach, especially when I'm reflecting on a particular goal. I divide a page: main section for the goal and my core thoughts, a smaller left column for keywords or action steps related to it, and a bottom summary section for insights gained or next steps. It really helps to 'grow in' my understanding of what I need to do. Beyond just the structure, don't underestimate the power of making your journal aesthetically pleasing. When you love looking at your journal, you'll naturally want to engage with it more!
