What I’ve Been Drinking Lately
✨Slowly Building A Healthier Lifestyle✨
🍋-trying to drink 80-130oz of water daily. Sometimes I get bored so I will infuse with different things such as lemon/lime, cucumber, mint, etc. Also, switching up your cup makes it more exciting to drink, make it pretty make it fun for you to enjoy it & meet the goal.
🫖-slowly trying to ween off coffee to cut back on sugars. I’ve really been enjoying this black tea in the morning with a SMALL amount of honey as the tea is already sweetened itself you don’t even really need the honey.
💚- chlorophyll daily for gut health & detoxing! I was introduced to the brand Juna at the end of summer last year & I love it! It has a slight lemon flavor & it’s so refreshing!

Keeping hydrated is essential for maintaining overall health, and infusing water with fruits and herbs like lemon, cucumber, and mint can enhance both flavor and nutritional benefits. It's important to aim for 80-130oz of water daily to support bodily functions and improve energy levels. As for tea, choosing high-quality blends like Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Tea can be a delightful alternative to coffee. Black tea is rich in antioxidants and has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, while a small amount of honey can provide natural sweetness without excess sugar. Gradually transitioning from coffee can help stabilise energy levels and reduce caffeine dependence. Incorporating chlorophyll into your daily routine may also offer gut health benefits and detox properties. The slight lemon flavor adds a refreshing touch, making it a popular choice for those seeking to improve their digestion and cleanse their body naturally. These simple yet effective drink options can significantly contribute to a healthier lifestyle, while still being enjoyable and satisfying.
