pov: it’s an early december morning and you just stepped out of your chelsea apartment with a laundry list of errands to run. you make your way down 16th street and swing by your favorite shop, @The Maker Hotel, to grab some gifts for your favorite people. after smelling all of the wonderful soaps, candles, and scents; you make your selections and head back out to cross off everything else on your list before the christmas rush sets in for the day… 🎄🌇🕯️✨

I want to give a very special thank you to The Maker for very generously sending @OwenDoingOkay and I the signature scents for our wedding last month. from our intimate family dinner, to our reception full of loved ones, our downtown hotel stay, and everything in between— our wedding weekend was enveloped by all of my favorite scents from The Maker, especially my personal favorite: The Architect. they also very generously provided our entire wedding party with fragrances to wear for the weekend, which truly was so unexpected and kind.

I was first introduced to the brand through my friend @☁️Kira☁️ a few years ago and I was immediately hooked. now getting to have The Maker’s scents forever tied to the memories of my wedding is something I hold very dear. If you’re in the city and happen to be nearby, definitely stop by the shop to sniff all of the wonderful scents; or if you’re headed upstate, they have an incredible hotel that is absolutely stunning and just waiting for you to book your next stay! who knows, maybe I’ll see you there! 🕯️📚🌲🌇✨
