Study Check-in: Today's progress📈: Got out of bed - ready for the day ahead. Spent the total of 4h and 23 minutes on Physics study, with some 10 min breaks now and again. And finished it off with a little salad for lunch then out for a run - 3 miles and back for a good cucumber drink 😋
