While I didn't track the exact calories for a specific song like 'Antifragile,' other vigorous dance workouts can burn anywhere from 200-500+ calories per hour, depending on the intensity, your body weight, and how much effort you put in. Even a 20 MINS CARDIO session, like the one I completed, can make a significant impact when done regularly over time. Imagine building up to longer sessions or combining a few! For those wondering about easy kpop dances to lose weight, I've found that starting with simpler choreographies or beginner-focused instructors is key.
