Navigating perimenopause can truly feel like an unpredictable journey. After 21 days of experiencing various symptoms, I've come to realize how personal and varied this phase is for each woman. At work or during conversations, I catch myself struggling to find words or losing track of my thoughts. Using planners and setting reminders have helped me manage this cognitive decline. One aspect rarely discussed is the appearance of unexpected symptoms—random aches, changes in libido, or irregular cycles—that catch you off guard. Talking openly about these experiences helps reduce the stigma and isolation many women feel. Sharing honest updates can empower others to seek help and find community support.
