2 week update!!!

So it’s officially been two weeks using the supplements that I’ve been running a sort of experiment on. I’ll be honest, there were a couple of days I forgot to take the supplement, so I’m not sure if that has skewed the results at all or not. Not to mention there were a few days that I haven’t stuck to a deficit.

With all of that being said, I’m pretty pleased with the results so far. I usually have a hard time holding myself accountable, and end up giving up when things go wrong even if it’s only one day. BUT, posting here and being able to update has given me so much motivation to not give up and to seek to build a body I am more confident with!!

I’ve started a “reward system” of sorts for extra motivation as well hoping that when I reach my goals I’ll be able to treat myself too!
