Tips for building your legs and keeping your waist snatched at the SAME time ! 1) stick with high protein meals ( at least 30g for each meal with 4 meals spread out through the day) 2) do cardio 30 minutes 3-4x a week ( I like to do the stairmaster because it keeps my heart rate elevated )
