Mercy is not permission to stay the same; it’s an invitation to change safely. God’s kindness draws us out of hiding and into healing. Repentance is mercy’s response.

In my own spiritual journey, I've come to understand the true nature of mercy as more than just forgiveness—it’s a call to transform. Mercy feels like a gentle hand that encourages me to grow rather than a free pass to continue past mistakes. Reflecting on Romans 2:4, the verse reminds me that God’s kindness is patient and persistent, waiting for us to open our hearts to change.
