SMOOTHIE TIME!

Have a smoothie with me! Smoothies fuel your fitness routine whether you consume them before or after. The absolute best time for me to drink a smoothie is 30 minutes after workout. It promotes the rebuilding of muscle fibers and works to replenish and recover energy post workout. My summer sunrise smoothie(yes, I name allll of my smoothie)can be made with fresh or frozen fruit and the protein powder I use is the True Mass vanilla milkshake protein powder.
