私が行ったのは「焼肉乃富士吉 別館」。最近“別館で営業中”という情報を見て、事前予約して訪問しました。週末夜はやっぱり満席に近いことが多いので、狙っている人は早めに日程を押さえるのが安心です。 まず、検索でもよく見かける「富士吉 メニュー」ですが、初回で迷ったら“刺し＋人気焼きもの＋〆”の組み方が満足度高めでした。私のおすすめの軸は、ホルモン刺し（ミノ刺し／コブクロ刺し／センマイ刺し）→上ハラミ→タン塩→上レバブツ焼き→〆の石焼き系（石焼きカキバターライス）という流れ。刺しは赤・白が選べるので、できれば食べ比べがいちばん楽しいです。白はネギ塩でさっぱり、赤はタレのパンチでお酒が進みます。 「月曜から夜ふかし コブクロ」で気になって来た人もいると思いますが、コブクロ刺しは“ホルモン刺しが得意なお店”の良さが分かりやすい一皿でした。食感がコリッとしていて、変なクセが少ない印象。ホルモンが得意じゃない同伴者がいるなら、コブクロの“赤”から入るのもアリだと思います。 あと、焼き系で外せないのが上ハラミとタン塩。ハラミは肉汁の旨みが強くて、価格と肉質のバランスが良いタイプ。タン塩は薄すぎないカットで、コショウ（香辛料）の加減がちょうどよく、サクッと噛める感じが好きでした。 予約のコツとしては、人数が多いほど早めが吉。特に金曜・土曜の20時台は埋まりやすいので、18〜19時スタートに寄せるか、日程を前倒しして押さえると取りやすい印象でした。店内は清潔感があってグループでも使いやすいので、今後さらに予約が難しくなりそう。 ちなみに「御徒町焼肉ランチ」を探している人は注意で、今回の富士吉は基本“夜営業寄り”の情報が多いです。ランチ目的なら御徒町〜上野エリアで別候補も検討しつつ、富士吉は“夜に刺しと焼肉をがっつり”の枠で予定を組むのが満足しやすいと思いました。 最後に、比較で「上野 神保町食肉センター」が気になる人へ。食肉センター系は定食的にサクッと食べられる良さがある一方、富士吉は“ホルモン刺し＋焼き＋〆まで楽しむ町焼肉”の満足感が強め。今日はどっちの気分かで選ぶとハズレにくいです。
