I could get on here and give y’all some pretty motivational speech, but truthfully, I was irritated.

For months, people flooded my comments saying they were coming to my class, asking when registration would open, telling me they couldn’t wait to learn from me. I spent time, money, and energy getting everything lined up because when I put my name on something, I step every single time.

Then registration closed and one person signed up.

And you know what? That’s okay.

This was a reminder that comments don’t pay invoices and excitement doesn’t equal commitment. A lot of people say they want the information, but very few are willing to invest in it.

Moving forward, everything I offer will be high-ticket and priced according to the value. Y’all pay for everything else you want without hesitation. Start paying for education too.

But here’s what I learned 🤭 all it takes is one.

One person believed in me enough to sign up. One person saw value in what I had to offer. It could’ve been zero, but it wasn’t.

So to my girl who showed up and invested in herself, thank you. I appreciate you more than you know.

This experience didn’t discourage me. It confirmed something for me. I’m not stopping. I’m not shrinking. I’m not lowering my expectations.

I’m going higher regardless.

Sometimes God won’t send you a crowd. Sometimes He’ll send you one person just to see if you’ll stay committed to the vision anyway.

... Read moreFrom my own experience, I’ve found that success often hinges on quality over quantity—whether it’s customers, supporters, or users. When launching a new project or course, it’s tempting to focus on the number of people engaging in comments or showing initial excitement. But excitement rarely translates directly into commitment or action. One key insight is understanding the mindset of those willing to invest in themselves. Investing in education isn’t just about money; it’s about valuing the opportunity to grow, learn, or improve. When someone decides to pay for your offering, it means they trust you and the value you provide. This trust is priceless and a strong foundation for growth. I’ve also realized the importance of setting your pricing according to the real value you deliver. Undervaluing your product or service might attract more casual interest but often leads to less serious commitment. Pricing decisively signals confidence in your work and attracts the right audience—those who are truly ready to invest. The word 'Gatekeeper' from the image reflects an important concept: the gatekeeper is the guardian of commitment. They represent the filter between casual interest and true engagement. Embracing this gatekeeping role helps you focus energy on meaningful relationships and offerings that create impact. Lastly, perseverance in the face of small numbers is vital. Sometimes, the universe sends just one person to affirm your vision and push you to keep going. That one person’s belief can be a transformative moment, showing that your work matters. Instead of feeling discouraged, embrace this as a sign to aim higher and maintain unwavering dedication. If you’re building something meaningful, remember that growth is often nonlinear and personal. Celebrate the one who invests, nurture that connection, and keep raising your standards. Real commitment leads to real results, and sometimes, all it takes is one to ignite a bigger change.
