Quick and easy lunch!

Easy lunch idea: Mini Buffalo Chicken Fries Croissant “subs”. Mini croissants and Chicken Fries from ALDI USA. These chicken fries are a MUST HAVE in my house. They are so yummy and not dry like some fast food places. I’m sure you could swap out the blue cheese and franks hot sauce for aldi brands as well for a one stop shop.

Steps:

Cook your chicken fries how you see fit, I fried mine!

Warm your croissant how you see fit, I popped mine in the microwave for 15-20 seconds

Add blue cheese

Top with hot sauce

Enjoy!
