EASY work lunch ideas ✨🌸 (Super Easy)

I LOVE a quick and easy HEALTHY work meals. These are VERY EASY to make and delicious too!! I can't want for you guys to try these!! So REFRESHING There's something for just about everyone on here!

p1) ROMAINE LETTUCE PARMESAN CHEESE

Ingredients:

•Romaine lettuce 150g (5 cups) chopped

•Greek yogurt, 60g (¼ cup), plain, unsweetened

•Garlic, 1 clove (3 g), finely minced or pressed

•Dijon mustard, ½ tsp (3 g)

•Lemon juice, 1 tosp (15 ml), freshly squeezed

•Caper brine, 1 tsp (5 ml), optional

•Parmesan cheese, 25 g (¼ cup), finely grated

•Black pepper, ¼ tsp (0.5 g), freshly ground

•Salt, to taste (optional)

•Whole-grain croutons, ¼ cup (optional, for crunch)

Mix everything together!

✨Let the salads sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavors, then serve immediately.✨

p2) SMASHED CUCUMBER SALAD

Ingredients:

* 3 small cucumbers

* ½ tsp salt

* 2 cloves of garlic minced

* 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar

* 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

* 1 tsp brown sugar

* 1/2 tbsp chili oil adjust to taste

* 1 tbsp sesame oil

* 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Mix everything together!

✨Let the salads sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavors, then serve immediately.✨

p3) LETTUCE CUCUMBER SALAD

Ingredients:

•1 head of lettuce

•1 cucumber

•1/3 purple cabbage

•6 cherry tomatoes

•1/2 ear of cooked corn

•1 clove of garlic

•Black pepper powder

•Olive oil

•Lemon juice

•Mayonnaise

Mix everything together!

✨Let the salads sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavors, then serve immediately.✨

p4) GREEK YOGURT CUCUMBER SALAD

Ingredients:

•120g (½ cup) Greek yogurt

•3g Garlic (1 clove) minced

•15g (1 tbsp) Lemon juice

•8g (2 tbsp) Fresh dill

•0.25 g (¼ tsp) Salt, plus more to taste

•0.25 g Black pepper (¼ tsp), plus more to taste

•200g (1 large) English cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds

•30g (¼ cup) Red onion, thinly sliced

Mix everything together!
