My XXXtra Strawberry matcha!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 teaspoon of matcha
- 2 oz of warm water
- 6-8oz of milk
- 1.5 oz if heavy cream
- .5 oz of milk
- strawberry puree
Detailed Steps:
I start this drink by adding my milk to a cup and adding 1-2oz of strawberry puree (or as much as your heart desires), from there I add my ice, enough to leave the cup a little more than half full. From there I prep my matcha 2-3 tsp of matcha in 2oz of warm water until throughly combined, you can use a matcha set or you can use an electric frother (when I first started making drinks, I used my blender🤷♀️), now to your cup add a bit more strawberry puree so you have something lining the cup or pooling at the bottom, add your matcha mixture. Now let’s make out cold foam, start by add about 2oz of heavy cream and a splash of milk and as much strawberry puree/syrup as you’d like to a small cup and froth for 20-30 seconds. Pour that slowly over your matcha mixture and now you have a beautifully layered xtra xtra xtra strawberry matcha latte 💕
