WAGYU TRUFFLE BUTTER BURGERS

These are a staple in my household because they are simply Juicy, Tender and Tasty in Flavor! I like to add FRESH Jalapeños (for spice) and also a raspberry or blueberry jam to my burger. It really sets it off for me personally! So If you are a fan of spice and sweetness I suggest adding those ingredients.

Wagyu is a delicacy in the beef category and deserves to be seasoned lightly. You want to taste the Wagyu’s flavor profile so saturated seasoning on this specific burger is not recommended. A simple SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC & ONION POWDER AND OREGANO does the trick! Add tablespoon of truffle oil and a tablespoon of butter and mix well!

The truffle oil and butter will act as a perfect “basing” combination. So adding fresh rosemary to your pan while it cooks in olive oil is a perfect addition.

I highly recommend provolone cheese… it does Wagyu justice!

I also Sauteed my red onions in that same burger oil/butter combination … one pan trick pony!

My burger sauce is simply Mayo, Mustard and ketchup mixed.

Add lettuce, arugula, spinach or tomatoes if you choose!
