I use it with and without spf. I tint it with foundation and apply I put a dab on my concealer brush and mix with my concealer ( spf cream) and fab on under eyes. It looks like hell. You let it sit for awhile and the moisture soaks in and then you take a pointed q tip and remove any excess concealer or blend where necessary. Looks amazing. Set with translucent powder. Thin layer. Great ways to use holy hydration! Otherwise I use a few times a week to moisturize. I don’t moisturize every day. My skin will breakout. But I love this Elf product! Also use their tubing mascara 8$. Tarte is 26$!
