A little look at what’s currently in my skincare rotation 🤍

I’ve been keeping my routine simple and intentional, focusing on cleansing, treating, hydrating, and taking care of my skin consistently.

These are some of the products I’ve been reaching for lately, from my Delavie Sciences cleanser + toner to La Roche-Posay and Eucerin favorites.

I’m a firm believer that good skin isn’t about having the longest routine. It’s about finding products that work for you and actually being consistent with them.

Which step of your skincare routine do you never skip? 🤍

... Read moreKeeping my skincare routine simple yet effective has truly transformed my skin health. I focus on selecting products that serve specific purposes: cleansing to remove impurities, toning to balance and prepare my skin, treating for targeted concerns, and hydrating to maintain moisture. For example, I rely on the Delavie Sciences Clarifying Enzyme Cleanser and Toner to gently exfoliate and soothe my skin, which helps in achieving an even texture and radiant complexion. These products are great because they clarify without stripping the skin’s natural oils. Following that, I incorporate La Roche-Posay's Effaclar Duo (+M) and Lipikar AP+M as treatment and moisturizer to address specific issues like dryness and blemishes, while Eucerin's Radiant Tone Eye Cream helps in diminishing dark circles. One tip I've learned is to focus more on consistency rather than the number of steps. This approach prevents overwhelming the skin and avoids conflicting ingredients. Also, using dermatologist-recommended brands like these helps ensure my skin gets gentle, clinically-backed care. If you’re thinking about simplifying your skincare, I recommend genuinely assessing what your skin needs and choosing multi-benefit products that suit those needs. Starting with a clean base followed by toning, treatment, hydration, and finally protection in the morning with SPF can be an easy yet comprehensive routine. Consistency truly is key—skipping steps can reduce the effectiveness, so find your 'big three' essentials and stick with them for the best results. Which step in your skincare routine do you consider indispensable? From my experience, cleansing has the biggest impact, followed closely by hydration. The right balance keeps my skin looking calm, even, and naturally radiant.
