A current cast member at Disney World disturbingly told me Lilly Tino was respectful that day because it wasn’t around kids. I am not gonna reply directly with a video to the comment but ABSOLUTELY NOT. I don’t care who you are this is WRONG. When I was a performer on the Disney Magic you’d be kicked off at port or put in the brig for sure for anything like this. JUST NO. #lillytino #disneyworld #skits #skitcomedy #creatorsearchinsights
When I first saw the clips of Lilly Tino at Disney World with that corndog, my jaw literally dropped. You know, I spent years as a performer on the Disney Cruise Line Magic, and let me tell you, there’s a certain standard of behavior that's deeply ingrained in every single cast member. We’re taught to uphold the magic, to create a family-friendly environment where dreams come true. So, to see something so blatantly inappropriate happening right there in the park, it just hits different. My initial reaction was pure disbelief. "What is she doing with that corndog?" was exactly what went through my head, followed by a wave of embarrassment for anyone who had to witness it, especially if there were kids around. Even if there weren't, it doesn't matter – Disney World is a place for everyone, and respect for its family-oriented atmosphere should be paramount. The idea that someone could behave like that and think it's okay is just wild to me. We used to say, if you did anything remotely out of line on the ship, you'd be off at the next port. The standards were that high, and for good reason. It’s not just about the specific action with the corndog; it’s about the underlying disrespect for a place that means so much to so many. Disney is a sanctuary for families, a place where children look up to characters and cast members alike. When an influencer or public figure acts in a way that goes against that wholesome image, it really tarnishes the experience for others. It makes you wonder about the responsibility creators have when they’re filming in such public and beloved spaces. Shouldn't we all strive to maintain a level of decorum, especially when we know our content reaches a wide audience, including young, impressionable viewers? I’ve heard people try to defend it by saying, "Oh, but it wasn't around kids." And to that, I say, "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" That's the part that truly blew my mind and made me sick. It's an excuse that completely misses the point. The Disney brand, the experience, the magic itself – it's all built on a foundation of innocence and wonder. To suggest that inappropriate behavior is acceptable as long as kids aren't directly watching is to fundamentally misunderstand what Disney stands for, and what every cast member works tirelessly to protect. This whole situation is a stark reminder that while we cherish freedom of expression, it comes with a responsibility to the spaces we inhabit and the communities we're part of.
