Thank you, Lord for changing my life for the better and for saving me from destruction and death.
I’m not perfect but everyday I fight the flesh to serve Him and use my body as a healthy host for the spirit. I’m now LIVING to the fullest to have eternal life. Totally worth the suffering of saying ‘No’ to things I want to consume and do. Instead, I use discipline and the Word to help me to push through.
I’m still suffering from past decisions and what I used to do to my body but I know the path I’m now on while serve me a better and healthier future 🙏🏼✨ All praise to my Lord & Savior. ❤️

Hey everyone, I wanted to dive a little deeper into what this 'Living for the Lord' journey really means for my health and fitness. It's been a long road, and honestly, I've had my ups and downs. I remember being in the gym consistently since 2014, feeling strong and healthy. But then, about two years ago, I fell off track. Hard. Life got hectic, and I found myself prioritizing making money over taking care of myself. The consequence? I gained so much weight, I wasn't eating healthy at all, and I was drinking way more than I was sleeping. It was a vicious cycle that left me feeling drained and unhealthy, both physically and spiritually. My body was suffering from those past decisions, and I knew I needed a massive change. Then, last year, everything shifted when I gave my life to Jesus. That moment was truly a turning point. It wasn't just about spiritual salvation; it was about reclaiming every aspect of my life, including my physical well-being. Suddenly, I had a new source of strength and a renewed purpose. I started making conscious consumption decisions, not just about food, but about what I allowed into my mind and spirit too. It’s like a whole new way of ‘Bact living’ – back to living intentionally and healthily. One of the biggest changes was prioritizing sleep. It sounds simple, but when you're used to burning the candle at both ends, it's a huge adjustment. I've learned that adequate rest is foundational to everything else. It helps with recovery, mental clarity, and even curbs unhealthy cravings. It's still a work in progress, but I'm consistently striving to get the rest my body needs. And yes, I'm back in the gym consistently! It wasn't easy to start again, especially after feeling so out of shape, but my faith truly became my strength. Each workout is a testament to His grace and my renewed commitment to be a healthy host for the spirit. I'm not just chasing short-term gains; I'm in it for the long term and long-term benefits that extend beyond aesthetics. This isn't just about weight loss; it's about holistic health, discipline, and honoring the body God gave me.
