The Becoming After The Full Moon 🌕

Nobody talks about the days after the full moon… but baby, that’s where the real alignment happens.

Two days later, your spirit is still shifting, releasing residue, and adjusting to the new intentions you set.

This is the integration phase — the quiet magic. The settling. The becoming.✨

Here’s what I’m doing today to support my energy:

🌿 Slow morning grounding or stretching — letting my body open back up

🕯️ Lighting a white or gold candle + speaking my intentions calmly

💧 Drinking extra water because my spirit + body both need hydration

📓 Journaling: “What is trying to grow inside me now?”

💗 Resting + receiving… no forcing anything today

Sometimes the softest days are the most spiritual.
