Full Moon Period Release 🩸✨

My period came the day after the full moon… and honestly, it makes perfect sense.

The full moon illuminated everything I needed to see, and my womb followed up with the release.

Like, “Alright sis… let’s clear this out for real.”

Bleeding right after a full moon means:

✨ your intuition is strengthening

✨ your body is shedding old emotions + old energy

✨ you’re closing a cycle that was weighing your spirit down

✨ you’re stepping into a cleaner, lighter version of yourself

This is a purge bleed — the kind that releases disappointment, stress, fear, unresolved feelings, and everything your heart has been trying to hold together.

My womb is doing the work.

My spirit is catching up.

My energy is resetting.

And honestly… I needed this.

This flow is not an inconvenience — it’s confirmation.
