I know there are several contexts or meanings behind this saying. Ex: I love the song “Must be Nice” by Lyfe Jennings. 🫶🏾 I understand the context behind the phrase in that song.
However, I do not like it when it's used sarcastically or dismissively. I know some people won't believe in your vision when you're getting started, and then some people only see the outcome and think “you're lucky or got lucky”. If you're saying that sarcastically, you could be dismissing someone's backstory.
There is a difference between recognition and minimization.
I want to share this now, once you start seeing me share a few goals and aspirations that are unfolding or becoming a reality for me - do not erase my effort, the discipline, the hardships, all the trials I've overcome. No, I haven't shared much about my struggles on social media. I'm a private person for the most part; however, not over-sharing does not mean I did not have my share of what it's like to not know how you're going to make it through.
All in all, I pray to God that I keep my sanity, compassion, and continue to be a decent human no matter what level I am at in life. 🫶🏾
Please watch **HOW** you're saying it must be nice to others.
To be honest, this was a healing and at the same time manifesting post for me. Im ready for God to show me how good it can get 💕🙏🏾
