I've tried other saline rinses that cost a small fortune, but these 8-packet boxes for all-natural sinus relief are incredibly effective and so convenient. Just mix with distilled water, and you're good to go. It really helps clear things out and leaves my sinuses feeling fresh without any harsh chemicals.
