Weight-Loss Journey

176 days. 39 pounds down. My goal was 175 and I’m a little under my goal. I really don’t want to lose any more weight, I never cared about the number just how I looked and being comfortable in my skin. Body dysmorphia is so real because 39 pounds down and I’m still not comfortable.
