It was fascinating to sample each sauce and note how they complemented the crispy and creamy traits of the cheese. The creativity in plating really enhanced the dining experience. I was also drawn to the creative beverage options. The tea treat, an Earl Grey chocolate pot de creme, was perfectly balanced with a light floral aroma and just a hint of sweetness — refreshing and subtle. Likewise, the Matcharita intrigued me as it avoided the typical astringent matcha bitterness by blending reposado tequila, strawberry liqueur, and sweet cream, crafting a smooth, balanced cocktail. On the hearty side, the Peppercorn Crusted Sirloin was impressive. Its tender texture paired with potato au gratin made it a comforting and savory dish that I found myself craving even after my visit. Japan's Tokyo Kawaii Roll was a nice contrast with its crunchy shrimp tempura and tangy yuzu sauce — not the most memorable bite but offered a pleasant citrus twist. Surprisingly, I encountered niche dishes like Ajiaco soup, which I didn’t expect to find here. It was nicely spicy and well-seasoned, avoiding the overly salty trap many soups fall into. And the Croque Monsieur Inspired Grilled Cheese offered a nostalgic feel with its tomato soup served in a paint pot, tying back to the festival’s art theme beautifully. Overall, munching my way through Epcot’s Festival of the Arts was a culinary adventure that combined innovative dishes with artistic flair, perfect for food lovers and art enthusiasts alike.
