What the next few weeks will look like for me:

1. I’m going back gluten and dairy free. Once I stopped the parasite cleanse, I fell back into old patterns of over eating things that I knew my body didn’t agree with. While I don’t have any physical SIBO symptoms (severe bloating/discomfort after eating, even a larger amount) this is probably because I JUST stopped supplements and my body hasn’t adjusted. Regardless, I am definitely super swollen. I know my body doesn’t tolerate large amounts of gluten and dairy let alone eating it for every meal the past few days…

2. I am off all supplements so I can do a nirvana biome stool test. This will give my practitioner a better understanding of what’s going on inside my gut, so we can treat accordingly.

3. I’m waiting for my food marble device to come back. I was having issues with mine so I had to send it out to be tested. I’m waiting for it to come back in so I can do another SIBO test and see where I’m at!

I feel like I have a much clearer patch to recovery and I’m excited to heal properly.
