"He never let's anyone pick him up"

I bet. I have favor with wasps and bugs, let alone animals. My friends baby had colic and wouldn't stop crying so she could go to class. I picked up her baby and she immediately stopped crying. All kids, the elderly, babies, animals, bugs, birds, and even plants favor me. Every single plant I've ever planted or propagated grew. When we were learning about tree grafting, the only 2 limbs that successfully attached to the tree were mine. A wasp landed on my face and flew away. I can stick my hands thru dozens of bees and sit in a yard full of them zooming around my face and not get stung. Kids? I once walked into a elevator while a family walked out of it. All 3 of their kids came to hug me and their parents looked at me. I just shrugged like idk why they did that. Never seen them before. My birds gift me items and food. I've saved many lost dogs and cats and a pet snake. Even the stubborn billy goat we had on the farm would let me get his horns out of the fence, but wouldn't let anyone else help him. The street cat that scratches everybody is my walking buddy and loves to come get head pats from me and my kids. When I was in trap houses, the guard dogs would be very sweet to me even tho they were known to be aggressive. I told a spider to move away from the water faucet so my son could play with the water. The spider moved to the other side of the wall right after. To this day, I swear that wasps were playing water tag in my backyard with me and my kids and would create nests in everyone's patio but ours. I save all spiders that I find inside, even if its inconvenient to take them outside. Bugs feel emotion. A bettle had a busted wing and didnt want to leave my hand. He became very sad when I put him down somewhere he could hide. The neighborhood kids told me if they ever felt scared, they'd run to my house. A child with mental disorders almost killed another kid recently and I saved him from being strangled to death. A little girl getting beat on by her parents walked by, saw me, and broke down in tears. I held her and told her I'd do what I could to help, which was call cps and keep an eye out for her when she was outside. I have favor with elderly folks too, but I chalk that up to spending most of my childhood around my grandparents and their friends. Even as a teen, I'd ride my bike to their houses for pimento cheese sandwiches and keep them company. Then one summer I was very depressed with postpartum and they all came together and told my grandparents to take me to a specific bowling alley. We showed up and they were throwing me a get well party. Only a couple of them could bowl due to arthritis, but they all showed up with iTunes gift cards, headphones, home-cooked food, and gifts for my newborn son. I'll never forget their kindness and their pimento cheese sandwiches. I guess this explains why I'm bias towards people and things that can't defend themselves over an average person. I tell people I have favor everywhere I go and I mean it. #blackcat #favor #godisgood #catsoflemon8 #Lemon8Diary

... Read moreI've always felt a unique connection with all kinds of living things, and over time, I've realized how this favor shows itself in the most unexpected ways. For instance, while many fear bees and wasps, I’ve found peace sitting among them without getting stung. It’s like there’s a mutual respect—perhaps they sense the calm and kindness I bring. This feeling extends beyond insects; animals that are typically wary become affectionate companions, from a stubby street cat that loves head pats to normally aggressive guard dogs turning gentle around me. What’s even more remarkable is the way children, elderly folks, and even plants seem to respond positively to my presence. I remember moments when kids I’ve never met would rush to hug me as if drawn by some invisible warmth. The elderly neighbors from my childhood not only offered comfort but created a support system that carried me through difficult times like postpartum depression. Their kindness left an everlasting impression, teaching me the power of community and compassion. Animals and insects aren’t just part of my surroundings—they feel like extended family. For example, saving a little beetle with a broken wing reminded me that all creatures experience emotions in their own way, deserving of empathy and care. I’ve also taken time to rescue lost dogs, cats, and even a pet snake, seeing these acts as part of a larger cycle of kindness. What ties all these experiences together is a deep belief that showing favor and protection, especially to those who can’t defend themselves, enriches life profoundly. It builds trust and creates harmony where fear usually stands. Whether it’s gently moving a spider away so my child can play or sharing food and gifts with neighbors, these small acts have forged bonds that feel almost sacred. In a world often marked by haste and indifference, cultivating favor with living beings brings a grounding reminder of our shared existence. It encourages us to look beyond ourselves and extend love and understanding without expecting anything in return. The joy I find in these moments continues to inspire me every day, and I hope more people feel encouraged to connect sincerely with the world around them.
