Now that I sleep on a different side of the house, I see the moon most nights. He peaks at me thru the window and sometimes draws me outside. I've been having conversations with the moon for as long as I can remember. When I got lost in the forest at 4 years old and no one came to get me, it was the light of the moon and the sound of the river that brought me back to safety. Found the river and followed it until I reached the bridge to my grandparents farm. The moon has been my best friend ever since. I've shown signs of it over time. Yes, I believe the sun is a woman and the moon is a man. I love the sun and sunshine desperately, but with as much life, excitement, and activity as it brings, the moon soothes all of that. Like turning off the intensity of a personality when the sun gets tired.
