... Read moreSpending more time outdoors in Utah has revealed just how unpredictable nature can be, especially when it comes to insects. I never had this problem when I didn’t leave my house, but once I started exploring the vast Utah wilderness, I encountered various bugs in unexpected ways. The first two were crickets, and while they may seem harmless, their presence reminds me of the importance of being prepared for all kinds of encounters. Utah’s diverse environments, from mountain trails to desert landscapes, provide a beautiful backdrop for hiking and camping but also bring their own unique challenges with local wildlife and insects. It’s helpful to pack insect repellent and wear protective clothing to minimize bites or discomfort. Moreover, knowing which insects are common in certain areas can help you quickly identify what you’re dealing with and how to react appropriately. Personally, I’ve grown to appreciate these small encounters as part of the adventure. They offer a deeper connection to nature and prompt me to learn more about the ecosystems around me. For fellow outdoor enthusiasts, it’s a reminder that stepping outside your usual environment can lead to surprises but also rewarding experiences. Always stay aware, respect the wildlife, and enjoy the breathtaking beauty Utah has to offer.

Supplements that were NOT worth the hype
I share so many of the supplements I DO love that I wanted to be transparent about the supplements/botanicals that I didn’t love. You may have a different experience with them but this is mine! First of all, sea moss. So many people love it for their skin but it broke me out SO badly. I wanted t

A blue truck with a striped awning displays flowers in buckets, with more flowers on the ground. The image features overlay text "FIRST DATE RED FLAGS" and "AUSTIN FL," setting the theme for dating advice.
A person's hand rests on a cafe table next to a coffee cup and muffin. Overlay text lists first date red flags: rude to staff, self-centered, mentions exes, crosses boundaries, constant phone use, and inconsistent stories.
Hands hold a white cup on a dark wooden table. Overlay text lists more first date red flags: rushing things, disrespectful comments, being too secretive, talking about money, checking out others, and constantly interrupting.
🚩 First Date Red Flags you shouldn’t ignore 🚩
Hello friends! 🍋 First dates can be fun, but sometimes super weird. If you are going on dates, just to have fun casually, red flags may be less important to be noticed than if you are looking for something serious. But if you want a relationship, be on alert for red flags can be super he

THE WAY WE WERE SO CONFUSED HAHAHA 🤣
Calling a waiter in Japan for the first time was hilarious! In Japan, you have to raise your hand and yell "sumimasen" (which means "excuse me"). It felt so weird at first, but it's not rude at all here. We finally did it, and to be honest we were never so hyped to order food ha

First Aid Kit ♥️ Genre: Folk / Indie Folk I first started listening to them in 2013 and fell in love with Emmy Lou and King Of the World. They were two young sisters and I was so worried that as they gained popularity and grew, they were also going to change and I’d lose interest. This
